These terms and conditions apply to all quotations, sales and purchases of vehicles by JP Trucks, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

02Offer and prices
The offer on this website is non-binding and subject to prior sale. Prices are in euros, excluding VAT, unless stated otherwise. Obvious errors are not binding on JP Trucks.
03Vehicle condition
All vehicles are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale. Buyers are invited to inspect the vehicle beforehand. Information and photos on the website are as accurate as possible but indicative.
04Payment and ownership
The vehicle remains the property of JP Trucks until payment has been received in full. The vehicle is only delivered or collected after full payment.
05Delivery and transport
Delivery times are indicative. Transport can be arranged by JP Trucks on request; costs and risks are agreed in advance.
06Liability
JP Trucks' liability is in any case limited to the amount of the sale concerned, except in case of intent or gross negligence.
07Governing law
All agreements are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
